And that is exactly where our Managed Servers package will help you out. Thanks to it, your VPS server will be entered in our own custom–developed server monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the crucial tasks. And in case of any service problem, our server admins will be notified right away and they will fix the issue ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server definitely isn’t the simplest procedure on earth. You will either have to use some other server or your desktop PC, or rely on some 3rd–party solution. We offer a far simpler way with our Managed Servers deal. We will create a full backup copy of your VPS every week, so you never have to worry about permanently losing any key info. And we can always restore a backup copy very fast. All the backups are retained on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with your hosted content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you have full freedom to install any script or service on your server. Yet, some scripts are more difficult to install and might require some extra configuration on your part. This is when our Managed Servers solution will help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting duties – this means that you’ll be able to basically hire one of our expert server admins for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of app that you need. Or have him resolve a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an optional feature for our KVM VPS Servers.
